A Call To Feminists of the Global South & The World – Write with us!

Afro Atlantic Post is always looking to work with intersectional feminist writers from the Global South and the world.

We publish reported and well-researched features. We aim to publish intelligent, ideological and intersectional analyses, timely stories and opinion pieces.

There are two ways to have your article featured on the Afro Atlantic Post. You can apply to join our team as a contributor by following this link: Afro Atlantic Contributors. Alternatively, you can submit pitches and completed articles for consideration using the form below.

Preference will be given to original pieces and timely responses to current affairs, although we do accept op-eds, analysis and commentary. Submissions Should range between 400 and 800 words, while investigative pieces generally start at around 1000 words.

If you are attaching a complete article using our submission form, please submit an image with the correct caption and credit. Finally, use hyperlinks for acknowledging sources rather than footnotes.

Because of the large volume of submissions we receive, we will contact you only if we accept your piece. If you do not hear from us within three business days, please feel free to submit your article to other publications.

Please submit your article or pitch just once. Do not submit it to multiple editors. Thank you
